gENERAL
Australia, China PR, Japan, Korea Republic have all quailified with 8 more teams still vying for a spot. A qualifying tournament is being held, commencing June 23rd 2025.
The AFC Women’s Asian Cup™ 2026 will be hosted in Australia, with Host Cities being: Perth, Gold Coast and Sydney

The Opening Match will be held at Perth Stadium on 1 March 2026. The Matildas feature in a blockbuster opening match.
You will find an array of accomodation options, if you are wanting to stay in Perth, Gold Coast and Sydney.
The final draw will be announced on July 29th and you will be able to access it via our website & social media channels, or the AFC website and social channels.
The qualifying tournament will be held, commencing 23 June.
Perth will host 10 matches across 2 stadiums. Perth Stadium will host the tournament opener on March 1, and a semi-final on March 17. Perth Rectangular Stadium will host group matches on March 4, 7, 9, 10, and Quarter-finals on March 13 and 14.
Sydney will host 11 matches across 2 stadiums. Stadium Australia will host an Australian group match on March 8, Quarter Finals on March 14 and 15, a Semi Final on March 18, and the Final on March 21. Western Sydney Stadium will host group stage matches on March 3, 6, 9, and 10.
Gold Coast will host 6 matches at Gold Coast Stadium, with group-stage matches on March 2, 5, and 8, with FIFA Women's World Cup 2027 Playoffs on March 19.
All Matches for the AFC Women’s Asian Cup™ 2026 will be available on Paramount+ with 6 Matches (including all Matildas Matches) also available on Network 10 free-to-air.
The qualifying tournament will not be available to watch in Australia, check out the AFC website for more information.
