MAKING YOUR VISIT EASIER
At Stadium Australia, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment that prioritises the accessibility safety, security, and comfort of all our visitors and staff.
Our facilities include access, large open concourses and accessible facilities.
Our friendly volunteers and venue staff are always ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed on event days to ensure an enjoyable experience for all.
Stadium Australia supports and recognises the Hidden Disability Sunflower
The Sunflower is a globally recognised symbol for Hidden Disabilities. The lanyard is a way that people with Hidden Disabilities can indicate to staff that they may need extra support, time, and understanding.
The Stadium provides accessible seating for Persons Requiring Universal Access (PRUA) for all events held at Stadium Australia.

Sensory Room
Need a quiet space to retreat and recharge at one of our live events? We’ve got you covered.
Stadium Australia is proud to announce the opening of their new sensory room. Designed by expert sensory artists, this space gives patrons a temporary quiet area away from the noise and crowds.
The sensory room was built with all patrons in mind but designed with a particular focus on supporting our neurodiverse customers.
Sensory bags are available to borrow from the sensory room during your visit, and each bag contains items such as fidget toys and noise-cancelling headphones to help create a calming and comfortable experience.
The room is located near Gate K (near Aisle 127) but you can ask any of our friendly customer service staff during an event and they will guide you to the space.
